Amazing location, love the area. The hotel is basic accommodation, staff most helpful & accommodating, if you're looking for a 4* experience, there are other hotels in the area. If you prefer to save $ on your hotel & spend it enjoying yourself, Seven Dials is perfect.

Another pillow would have been nice. Room was nice and fresh, buth there was some rust and dirt/mould (?) in the bathroom.

Location Location Location! Good value in such a central location. 24 hour reception. We have been using this hotel for the last 20 years.

omg! its the best location!! it is sooo central! only 3 min to covent garden tube station or 4 min to leicester square tubestation. The room with windows was very clean and the women at reception very friendly. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin and also on the day of departure after checkout. We felt very safe and will def book again for this price in this great area!! Heaps of coffee shops around in this area to have brekky!! Thank you so much!!

Seven Dials Hotel is my favorite hotel in the world, my home away from home. Its location is absolutely perfect and the staff is wonderful, literally the kindest and most helpful people on the planet. I'm always excited to see them when I visit. It's one of my favorite parts of visiting London.

It’s always spotless. It’s a perfect location and very friendly staff. If you stay in the basement it’s silent of London traffic. My bed was made every morning too which I didn’t expect Thankyou.

Ok so stayed in the basement for above mentioned traffic but there’s a constant fan running all the time and I need silence to sleep unfortunately. I had ear plugs which helped a bit. Also the rooms are made of plasterboard partition rather than brick so I heard lots of other guests through walls and in the corridor until everyone fell asleep past midnight. Maybe put up signs to keep noise to a minimum in the corridors like in other hotels? I think that might help, of course people are staying in london for the sites and the bars and so are coming in in jolly, boisterous states.

Fantastic location in Seven Dials. Less then 10 minutes to either Tottenham Court Road or Covent Garden tube. The area is not noisy despite being in the heart of things. The hotel has single rooms so very reasonable. The rooms are small but contain everything needed including a fridge.

Could a couple of trouser hangers be added to the hanger collection?

It was a great location, clean but very tired room but TBH - for one nights sleep in London more than adequate for the money. People very polite

for a few 100,000 the hotel could be renovated I suppose ...but the people were nice and it was clean and the shower worked and a great location for theatres

I like the way I am greeted by name when I check in. I have tried other hotels in London, but this location is superb.

Climbing 3 flights of stairs after a long day can be difficult. Some may prefer the main location on Monmouth Street, which has a lift.

Location is perfect. We could walk to so many sites. The price is good for this basic hotel. The front desk staff are immensely helpful. Local restaurants and coffee shops were wonderful.

The pillows were most uncomfortable! There is a lift but the stairs are difficult if the lift is out of order🥴 It is London so there was a lot of street noise at night.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Hôtel bien situé : proche de Covent Garden, du Royal Opera House et de nombreuses autres salles de spectacles. Hôtel calme, chambres propres et literie confortable. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Hôtel avec ascenseur. Possibilité de laisser gratuitement ses bagages à la réception avant le check-in et après le check-out. Equipement des chambres : bouilloire (avec thé et/ou café), petit frigo, TV, wi-fi

Déco minimaliste et un peu vieillotte, sans cachet (style résidence étudiante) mais le prix des chambres et leur confort ainsi que la localisation de l'hôtel compense largement ce caractère un peu suranné.

The position, the room space, the cleanliness, free luggage storage, 24h reception.

The furniture in the room and bathroom are a bit old, the rooms are not soundproof and we could hear noises from the rooms next to and above us. There was no wi-fi availble. There weren't enough coat hangers at the walls for 4 people.

Comfortable mattress, great location, good size room, 24h friendly reception, fridge.

A reliable WiFi connection was needed but the one provided was barely usable (Room 34, 4th floor despite the number). I could only see WiFi access points labelled 2nd and 3rd floor; perhaps an extra access point for the 4th floor would improve matters.

Wonderful location! Friendly staff which made me feel safer as a woman travelling on my own. Room was very quiet & peaceful. I appreciated the very clean room. Loved the crisp cotton sheet under the duvet
